SUMMARY:
Boilermaker position available

POSITION INFO:

Knowledge Required

Installation, repair and maintain press machinery, spot welders, Co2 welders, seam welders and pumps to ensure customer and company quality standards are met

Do preventative maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction

Compile feedback om time sheets to ensure accurate data and forward to Team Leader

Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times

Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works instructions

Technical Techniques

Press machinery and repair maintenance

Manufacturing processes

Basic understanding of quality systems

Problem solving

Work with hand tools in safe manner

Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required

N2 - Qualification

Qualified Boilermaker

Minimum 3 YRS EXP as Boilermaker after trade within an Automotive environment
