POSITION INFO:

My Client in the Paint retail Industry is looking for an Bodyshop (Spray Paint) Foreman / Supervisor to join their team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts and generate orders
• Target new business
• Call on customers in line with weekly plan and maintain call rate
• Resolve customers complaints by investigating problems and provide a solution
• Discuss and pre-empt stock shortages/issues with management
• Assist customers with technical issues
• Submit orders and follow through with internal sales staff
• Contribute to team effort by achieving sales targets
• Promote and demonstrate new products in line with supplier target market
• Support customer base with all technical needs
• Stay informed on the latest technologies within the industry
• Monitor opposition activity and report to management
• Have monthly meetings with customers to discuss concerns and successes
• Attend supplier training sessions and product launches
• Provide training at customer level

Minimum Requirements:

• Spray Paint Qualification / Trade Test
• Valid Drivers License
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years spray painting experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Paint Shop Supervisor, Manager, Foreman experience would be highly advantageous
