SUMMARY:
This newly formed rental portfolio business in N/S of Cape Town is looking for an experienced Body Corporate Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
EMPLOYMENT TYPE       :           PERMANENT / TEMPORARY
SECTOR :           PROPERTY
START DATE :           IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P
DUTIES:

General property & facility management of all properties and complexes under the company’s portfolio
General management & overseeing of Sectional Title complexes, Body Corporates, Master Property Owners Associations and Sub-home Owners Associations
General facilities management of properties, complexes and site within portfolio
Compilation and submission of regular inspection reports to Directors
Preparation and submission of maintenance budgets for approval by Management
Managing & overseeing maintenance projects
Management of general security and security related issues
Assisting internal accounts department with municipal disputes and queries
Attend to other general functions relating to the management of external common areas
Perform ad hoc functions & duties assigned by the Employer

REQUIREMENT:

Must be able to work after hours
Degree / Diploma (Property / Finance / BA or legal advantage)
Paddocks Sectional Title Course
Minimum of 7 years’ experience – of which 2 must be in similar role
Experience in serving as a trustee on a body corporate - advantage
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Attention to detail
Good understanding of accounts and numbers
