Essential Requirements:

Preferred Master’s or PhD degree within a relevant discipline (science, economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacology, public health)
Extensive Gaming and/or Lottery industry consulting experience
Experience with gaming-economic modelling and development of retrospective database statistical analysis plans
Experience of management of development of state-of-the-art reporting that allows effective cost of gaming trend drivers (both retrospectively and prospectively) and developing communication strategies for effective distributed to all material stakeholders.
Expertise in the design and development of statistically valid tests for internal and external assumptions for gaming and regulatory cost savings.
Design methods that consider the justifiable causes for variation in viability of gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that the Board advises the Minister on issuing the licence to conduct the organization
Ensure that the organization and sports pools are conducted with all due propriety and strictly in accordance with the constitution, all other applicable law, and the licence for the organization together with any agreement pertaining to that licence.
Expected to provide assurance to the board that the organization is fulfilling its primary regulatory mandate, that is to ensure that the interests of every participant are adequately protected.
