Small, top end butchery in the Southern Suburbs is looking for:

  • 5 years Blockman / Butcher experience
  • Well spoken and good with customer liaison
  • Manufacturing experience essential
  • Must be able to work with a carcass
  • Must live close to the Southern Suburbs
