SUMMARY:
Our client, a giant in the field of telecommunications, seeks a skilled and suitably qualified Bitstream Order Administrator to join their highly motivated FTTH: Sales and Marketing team. This will be a 12month contract position.

POSITION INFO:

This role will be responsible for capturing orders onto partner portals and monitor the delivery against these orders, dealing with any fallouts and ensuring customers are informed. Your will be liaising with different role-players from infrastructure partners and internal sales teams.

Requirements:

Matric essential;
Relevant technical qualification - Degree/Diploma/T3/S4/N6 National Diploma desirable;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer facing position;
Fibre general knowledge and experience;
Customer facing experience;
Siebel and Oracle MSPI knowledge;
Computer skills in MS Office and Excel;
Own laptop and strong internet connectivity at home.
