JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
Sage Evolution input data, invoice and credit notes
Reconciling Fee schedules to General Ledger for invoices billed.
Preparing journal batches for Adhoc and Fixed tuition/ services.
Providing query resolution with 24 hour SLA turn around to all stakeholders.
Statement run and Allocation of discounts/bursaries.
Strong internal relationship networking with all stakeholders – Brand, Bursars, Administrators and Internal divisions
Accuracy and quality of billing processing ensuring zero customer complaints and effective collections in Accounts receivable department
Revenue billing per month average +/- R100M – 5200 students,
Per Annum revenue R800 Million schools division
