SUMMARY:
Start ASAP or January 2023! Financial Services concern based in Randburg has an exciting opportunity for a Billings and Collections Officer to join a growing team. Provide support to the Finance Team and ensure the billing is timeously and correctly calculated and captured on the accounting system, and collections from client accounts who have received funding from the company. Experience on Xero highly advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Successful incumbent will be a female who has a minimum of 3-5 years related experience. Minimum Matric with a B.Com (Accounting) degree or studying towards highly advantageous. KPI's include: ensuring the accuracy of drawdown repayment calculations, including interest on arrears calculations, settlement and amortisation calculations; B/S reconciliations related to customer accounts; generate invoices and credit notes; debtors allocations and reconciliations; sending invoices with statements and payment reminder emails to customers; preparation of collection repayments due to the company for debit orders and EFT's; management and resolution unpaid instructions; resolve certain customer queries; work closely with the company's internal Legal Team and support the Finance team.
