Billing Support Engineer

SUMMARY:
One of the leading telecom companies in South Africa, is looking for a Billing Support Engineer to join their innovative team. Candidate must be hands on and should be highly committed. This opportunity will come with comprehensive benefits matched together with a work life balance

POSITION INFO:

You will be a key member in providing an exceptional customer experience and retaining them. You must be extremely detail-oriented from a billing perspective and open to changing processes.

You will provide Level 2 BSS support to Business and Call Centres, performing root cause analysis and suggest improvement plans where required.

The Support Engineer is also responsible for resolving or escalating to the correct personnel and managing this request until resolution.

Education:

       Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Telecom billing
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Billing operations, support and maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Services
