POSITION INFO:
Our global client is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team. Your role would be to maintain and manage customer monthly recurring bills, this includes but is not limited to PPM call checks; implementing contract pricing; updating new connections and disconnections and CTN reconciliation.
You will liaise with internal and external clients throughout the bill run to ensure accuracy and key usage information.
Responsible for ensuring deadlines are maintained, recognizing trends, and making recommendations based on customer behaviour.
Whilst this is a stand-alone function, you will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside team-oriented colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meeting deadlines for monthly recurring telecom’s bill runs
- Address customer complaints and queries
- Customer account reconciliations
- Producing bespoke reports for clients
- Prepare and present analytical reports
- Working closely with Account Managers to ensure profitability on new and existing pricing.
- Maintaining and building SQL system reports
- Building and amending PPM tariff schemes.
- Client contract set ups.
- Understanding and implementing new tariffs.
Key qualities
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- High level of numeracy
- High level of initiative
- Keen attention to detail and trend analysis
- Ability to analyze and present data
- Clear communication skills
- Telecom’s billing experience
- Affinity billing platform experience is advantageous (AKJ Affinity CRM)
- Preference to applicants that have worked with telecoms before
