POSITION INFO:

A well established company based in Observatory Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Billings Administrator. Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirement

Key attributes, qualifications, skills and experience
? Minimum requirement: Matric + Completed Finance certificate / diploma
? A minimum of 3 year’s continuous experience working in a finance team.
? Thorough understanding of double-entry accounting principles
? Speed and accuracy of processing, with excellent attention to detail
? Adaptability; this role is expected to change as the business and finance team grow – you should be ready to embrace new challenges
? Committed to and demonstrating a history of continuous improvement
? The ability to assimilate various sources of data and question its validity based on reason and deduction
? Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills; you will liaise closely with colleagues in the UK finance team, and will need a confident telephone manner when dealing with customers
? Stable career history, and seeking long-term growth within a finance team
? Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with standard accounting software
