POSITION INFO:

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager with a main focus in digital, social media and email marketing. This role requires someone with the ability to strategically plan, develop and execute digital, social and email campaigns including creating and posting content, community management and paid media advertising.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, creative, flexible, confident and a natural problem solver who understands current market trends. They are also a great communicator, is SEO and digital marketing savvy, and is comfortable creating copy and content across a variety of platforms.

Qualifications:

Relevant Degree in Marketing
Digital marketing experience
Agency experience (preferred)
Proven track record of managing a marketing team (minimum 5-10 years’ experience in management role). Strong people management skills are essential in this position.
Strong generalist experience in a broad range of marketing disciplines such as, but not limited to: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Website Management, Loyalty Programs, Print Media, Graphic Design and Public Relations.
Experience in retail (B2B and B2C) – not essential but preferred
Has excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and email marketing
WORKED FOR AN ADVERTISING AGENCY (preferable)
