POSITION INFO:

Bedfordview, East Rand: SENIOR CANDIDATE ATTORNEY (CEDING OF ARTICLES)

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional, with good English proficiency

-Bachelor of Laws Degree completed, with above average marks a must

-Recent Candidate Attorney experience A MUST, specifically in Litigation a must

-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must

-Residing near Bedfordview a must (within daily commuting distance)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-General candidate attorney duties (Litigation procedures)

-Travelling to Courts and clients

-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents

-Drafting legal documents

Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 12 000.00 gross maximum (depending on legal experience)
