BEAUTY & BODY WELLNESS THERAPIST

SOMERSET WEST - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa

STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / April 2024

REPORTS to: Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 (rotate)
• Closed on Sundays, Major Public Holidays and additional day off in the week

PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Market Related Basic salary based on experience
• Commission earned on all personal sales & services

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology/ Beauty Specialist related diploma
2. ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification

EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Must be based within reasonable and affordable traveling distance to Somerset West
2. Computer literate to capture bookings or assist with any queries on the front desk
3. Able to work independently on your own with minimal supervision
4. Confident all-rounder professional focusing on Health, Skin Care, Body Care and Wellness
5. Confidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care
6. Must be familiar with all treatment protocols and products
7. Be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellence
8. Confident and skilled in the following services:

• Facials & Skin Care
• Body Therapies including Massage, Body Wrap, Body Exfoliation and Sauna services
• Manicures & Pedicures with Gel Application
• Beautifying services including Tinting
• Waxing
