SUMMARY:
Beauty Educator – Academy Based

JOB DESCRIPTION:

LOCATION: Johannesburg
Training: Immediately (after hours, online & at Academy)
Start Date: end June mid-July
Salary: R15 000 (May vary depending on Experience and Qualification)
 
  1. Qualified in Complete Nail Technology including
    1. Basic manicure and Pedicure
    2. Gel Overlays, Tips & Sculpting
    3. Liquid & Powder Acrylic Overlays, Tips & Sculpting
  2. At least 3 year experience working in the industry
  3. At least 1 year training/educating experience
  4. Passionate about education, the beauty industry & nails
  5. Assessor/Moderator will be a bonus
  6. Nail Art experience and POE to show work completed
  7. Bi-Monthly Traveling will be required – KZN/CPT/PE (costs covered by company)
  8. Working hours: 8am – 5pm @ Academy Melrose/Hyde Park. Weekend trainings may apply when needed. Will be booked I advance and leave days given accordingly.
  9. Well presented
  10. Clear English diction compulsory as training will be in English. If English is not the first language that is not a problem, however accent must allow for clear communication in English
  11. The position requires strong inter-personal, organisational, admin and multi-tasking skills
  12. Would need to follow strict SOPs, complete training will be provided prior to start date and ongoing. Ongoing training may occur before or after working hours.
  13. Must have strong computer experience – Daily software used: Virtual Academic Centre & Dashboard , One Drive - file share, Outlook emails & online calendar,  Excel & Word
  14. No additional work, beauty salon or otherwise, is permitted during the week or weekend.
  15. Car/valid driver’s license
