SUMMARY:
Skilled Barman required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service to guests.
  • Have the ability to prepare a wide variety of drinks to meet and exceed client needs.
  • Ensure drink measurements are correct
  • Stock control.
  • Keep the bar clean, neat and tidy and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Responsible for cash float and ensure that clients receive the correct change.


Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star establishment or upmarket bar.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Mixology experience advantageous.
