SUMMARY:
Skilled Barman required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent client service to guests.
Have the ability to prepare a wide variety of drinks to meet and exceed client needs.
Ensure drink measurements are correct
Stock control.
Keep the bar clean, neat and tidy and adhere to health and safety standards.
Responsible for cash float and ensure that clients receive the correct change.

Requirements:

Relevant work experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star establishment or upmarket bar.
Ability to work shifts.
Mixology experience advantageous.
