Operational Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café, equipment, and work areas.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash-ups and banking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Management Duties:- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
- Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train new staff on service standards, product knowledge, and equipment use.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
