Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager Franschhoek

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

  • Open and close club
  • Manage Admin and Filing
  • Handle full stock control function
  • Responsible for all banking
  • Ordering and maintaining and collecting of stock
  • Coordinating functions
  • Cash ups
  • Staff management
  • Client liaison
  • Ensuring cleanliness of club
  • Maintenance management
  • Manage additional Barman / Bar lady
  • Maintenance of the facility
Must have own transport
Accommodation can be included in the package if needed

Our Client has a Bar and Restaurant in the  Franschhoek area and this establishment is part of a Bowling club so added responsibilities will be to manage the Bowling club as well as the Bar and Restaurant

Preference shall be given to applications from the Franschhoek and surrounding areas with at least 5 years experience gained within the Hospitality sector
