A vibrant, energetic experienced Bar Manager is sought for this ultimate rooftop bar. This bar offers a great vibe and hosts a line-up of popular DJ''s in and around Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Provide high energy and a great, vibrant work environment
• Day to day operational management, ensuring the bar is stocked and ready for service
• Ensure service is on point
• Staff management and training
• Interacting with clients by being present on the floor, assisting where required and attending to any requests or complaints
• Stock control, stock take and attending to variances and limiting wastage
• Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position within a high-end bar/rooftop and or cocktail bar
• International experience highly advantageous
• Carry above-average knowledge on beverages and cocktails
• Very well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Provide strong leadership skills
• Own reliable transport
• Be able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Clean work history
