A reputable client in the technology and infrastructure sector is seeking Bank Mandate Clerk to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a professional attitude towards confidentiality and accuracy. Key Duties:

• Verify membership with relevant pension funds 
• Capture and update member details including names, addresses, and ID numbers
• Input banking details accurately into member records
• Attach routing slips for Scanning/Indexing Clerks
• Re-sort claims to relevant Business Units based on system records
• Update and maintain logging screens for non-traceable records
• Check pledge statuses and verify original claim forms
• Assist with general fund project support

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Computer literacy (MS Excel and Word essential)
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• At least 1 year of experience in data capturing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and methodical work habits
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
