SUMMARY:
Our client an independent bakery is seeking a Bakery Manager.  The ideal candidate would need no less than 7 years of experience working for one of the big retail chain stores.  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric
5-7 years experience within a bakery and at least 3 years at  managerial level 
Production planning 
Experience in managing a team and providing ongoing training
Working within budgets on each product rage
Costing experience required
Health and safety experience essential
Writing up policies and procedures and implementing them within the bakery  
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal 
Monday to Friday
