Bakery Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Bakery Manager for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

 

• Matric + 5 years’ experience in hospitality and food retail
• Knowledge of all aspects of bakery production, including special breads, confectionery and savory products
• Willing to work retail hours, public holidays and weekends
• Clear credit and criminal record and contactable references
• Must be computer literate and have good record keeping abilities

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Overseeing full running of bakery department
• Food costing
• Conduct monthly stock takes
• Management of staff

 

Salary: Negotiable
