POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Building/ Facilities or Construction management qualification required
Must have Building maintenance and renovation management experience
Must have sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Fire compliance
Experience managing contractors and a maintenance team
Warehouse management
Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal presentation
Good time management skills required

Matric Certificate/ Grade 12
