BUILDING CARETAKER

Our client is seeking to employ a building caretaker

The main responsibility of the Building Supervisor is to ensure general maintenance of the Parow Suites through maintaining the garden, cleaning, ensuring security and reporting on incidents.

General Maintenance

-        Attending and maintaining all gardening work

-        General cleaning and upkeep of entire complex and all common areas

-        Responsible for the block security

-        Reporting of any incidents

-        Ensure that all handy man work is identified and completed

-        Refuse removal in a timely and neat manner which entail the cleaning of the refuse bin and holding area

-        Window cleaning

-        Attend to the entire facility

-        Report on all maintenance and emergency works

*All Cleaning works to private balconies and private gardens are excluded

SALARY R8000-R10000 per month
