REGIONAL BRANCH MANAGER – PRETORIA – RNEG

Matric + National Diploma in Labour Law / BDegree in Law/Admin + 5 years+ Labour Relations Act and BCEA experience with focus on collective bargaining. Excellent skills in time & people management, presentation, interpersonal, report writing, customer service & problem solving. Responsible for the overall management of the Office & Employees for the Region. Management of the Operational Aspects in all functions relating to the monitoring of compliance with & to the terms of the Collective Agreement, Issuing of Notices, Compliance Orders & Escalation of Disputes in the event of any failure in compliance.
