BOOKKEEPER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A LOVELY COMP IN NORTHLANDS IS LOOKING FOR A BOOKKEEPER

Must reside in Randburg area or within 20 km radius

Preferably Afrikaans (or Bilingual)
Driver’s License / Own Reliable transport
Clear Criminal Record
SKILLS:
Formal post-matric qualification (diploma/certificate) in
accounting/bookkeeping from recognised tertiary educational institution
Experience in capturing and reconciling financial records to trail balance
Literate in English and Afrikaans
Debtors and Creditors experience a must
Minimum / Recent 3-5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
Be focused on quality and accuracy
Syspro 7 experience an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skills
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
Well-groomed and presentable
Self-motivated, organised and responsible (stable work history)
Must be able to work independently and be punctual
Good organisational and administration skills
Good Technical accounting skills
Arithmetic skills
Strong Excel capabilities
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
Capturing of Cashbooks daily
Capturing of AP payments to Cashbook and receipting of AP payments

Bank Reconciliations
Receipting all deposit schedules
