SUMMARY:
BOND CANCELLATION SECRETARY URGENTLY REQUIRED
- for firm in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
- One month contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric essential with a paralegal qualification advantageous
  • Verifying deeds office information, title deed and mortgage bond information
  • Drafting documents for cancellations
  • Submit signed documents to bank
  • Lodgment and registration at Deed's office
  • Liaising with banks, clients and attorneys
  • Worked with Standard Bank and Nedbank
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Bond / Cancellation Secretary
  • Proficient in Web Convey / LexisConvey / E4 / AJS
