BOND CANCELLATION SECRETARY URGENTLY REQUIRED
- for firm in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
- One month contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric essential with a paralegal qualification advantageous
Verifying deeds office information, title deed and mortgage bond information
Drafting documents for cancellations
Submit signed documents to bank
Lodgment and registration at Deed's office
Liaising with banks, clients and attorneys
Worked with Standard Bank and Nedbank
Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Bond / Cancellation Secretary
Proficient in Web Convey / LexisConvey / E4 / AJS
