SUMMARY:
QUALIFIED ARTISAN 3 YRS EXP AFTER TRADE TEST

POSITION INFO:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Installation , repiar and maintain press machinery , spot welsers , Co2 welders , seam welders and pumps to ensure cusotmer and company quality standrads are met 
• Do preventative maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction 
• Compile feedback om time sheets to ensure accurate data and forward to Team Leader
• Ensure that company procedures , works instructions and quality systens are adhered to at all times 
• Ensure thatw ork practices comply with the comapny SHEQ procedures and works instructions 

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Technical Techniques
• Press machinery and repair maintenance
• Manufacturing processes
• Basic understading of quality systems 
• Communciaiton 
• Problem solving
• Work with hand tools in safe manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• N2 - Qualififcation 
• Qualified Boilermaker
• mINIMUM 3 YRS EXP as Boilermaker after trade  wirhin an Automotive enviroment
