BOILER HOUSE FOREMAN - FMCG/Paper&Pulp or Manufacturing Industry experience
Duties and Qualifications:
* Matric with Technical Trade
* Minimum 5 Year's experience in BOILER
OPERATIONS & SUPERVISORY ROLE
* Strong knowledge of STEAM SYSTEMS, WATER
TREATMENT
* Experience with CMMS - An Advantage
* Physically Fit
- Supervise and coordinate the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assign and prioritize work orders to team members.
- Train and mentor staff on proper boiler operation and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor boiler performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
