Job Description

A successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Preparation and maintenance of all rental contracts
• Responsibility for the audit and invoicing of rental contracts
• Liaise with distributors for tracking and invoicing purposes
• Produce and review rental activity reports
• Responsibility for assets and equipment tracking and verification
• Responsibility for asset disposals on rental assets register
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse for asset tracking and invoicing purposes
• Coordinate a monthly physical rental asset verification / count
• Customer Service Liaison
• Assist Debtors Clerk
• Processing credit notes
• Track monthly reporting of job shutdowns
• Back-up for Repairs Coordinator for consumptions

Qualifications

• Matric

Skills

• 5 years'''' experience in earth moving or mining equipment
• Advanced working knowledge MS Excel, Word, Outlook and exposure to Pronto (or similar ERP)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
