Job Description
A successful incumbent will be responsible for:
• Performing regular reviews of the SHE & Q systems and report deviations to management
• Occasionally visit the depots
• Arranging for management reviews of the SHE & W system as defined in procedures
• Acting as Management representative/Control Officer with regard to SHE & Q
• Responsible for risk assessments in all depots
• Responsible for all records/incidents registers
• Responsible to provide EXCO with the monthly figures
• Inspection of all depots regarding Health & Safety and machinery equipment
• Controlling numbering and revision level of documents and maintain registers
• Maintaining registers and manage SHE incidents, customer complaints, corrective actions, preventive actions and product non-conformances with responsible people
• Providing feedback on status of customer complaints to customers and liaise with customer where relevant to obtain additional information on customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in SHEQ Management
Skills
- 3 years’ experience in auditing of SHEQ management systems (ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO 14001: 2004)
- Incident Investigations
- Relevant experience in Logistics and Warehouse
- 1 years’ experience of team management
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
