Our client is in the renewable energy industry - specifically solar energy

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Identifying, developing, and maintaining trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients – existing and new
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expanding relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and provide current product and market information
• Preparing, document and present well thought out sales pitches
• Working closely with the internal technical, order processing and warehousing departments to facilitate a smooth sales process
• Preparing regular feedback of progress and forecasts to management
• Accurate data entry on the company CRM
• Providing customer training on the reseller portal
• Setting up of new customer accounts
• Processing customer Trading Application forms
• Maintaining continuous contact with allocated customer base

Qualifications

• Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent

Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role
• 5+ Years proven experience of PV (preferred) or electrical components product sales

Salary / Package

R25,000 to R30,000 CTC pm
