Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager & running 3 student accommodation buildings, . You will be responsible for:

• All marketing, administration, maintenance and money collection.
• Ensuring that the building is always full of tenants .
• Getting tenants for the buildings.

• Property management qualification
• Matric

Skills

• 5-10 years student and residential property management experience
• Must know MDA system very well
• Microsoft Office
• Own car
