• Our client is a major player in the Construction industry.

Job Description

Reporting to the Transformation Manager. you will be responsible for:

Enterprise Development

• Assisting with the Enterprise Development Training Session for Engineering Schools
• Presenting information at the BBBEE scorecard audit
• Liaising with and updates logbooks for ED companies
• Monitoring annual ED budget and spend
• Maintaining of all ED Close out reports for each Financial Year
• Maintaining all ED files and payments

Preferential Procurement

• Resolving sites or divisional queries on uncaptured spend
• Updating of standard supplier documentation
• Developing the  database of current suppliers for the tendering/buying department
• Assisting with the compilation of monthly preferential procurement reports
• Maintaining and updates schedule of all fraudulent scorecards/affidavits

Scorecard

•  Collating quarterly BBBEE report for the group
• Ensuring all spend is being accounted for
• Assisting with BBBEE audits
• Assembling files for audit requirements
• Maximizing points through planning and setting of targets

Qualification

• Matric

Skills

• 5 Years experience
• Extensive knowledge of BBBEE Act and all Sector Codes
• Extensive knowledge of the Construction Sector Codes
• Excellent computer skills – MSWord, Excel and Power point
