Our client supplies new mills based on existing proven designs. As an added service, they specialise in offering after sales support and re-engineered spares supply to any manufacturers mills currently operating in the market.

Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager / Engineer, You will be responsible for:

• Completing/Preparing project documents including but not limited to, packing lists, delivery notes, commercial invoices, certificates of conformance, progress reports and export Instructions.
• Issuing document transmittals and creating/updating VDDR’s for required projects.
• Compiling Recommended Spares and Parts Lists during design and for completed projects.
• Updating project Budgets/Filing systems.
• Complete running of spares projects, including commercial documents, supply, quality assurance, shipping requirements, FOREX, cashflow, getting payments from client and budget control.
• Understanding all contract requirements by reading the full document at project kick off and interfacing with the salespeople on all requirements of the project.
• Ensuring project contract compliance.
• Follow up with drawings office to ensure correct drawings are used for project supply.
• Ensure all drawing revisions are completed, rev’d up and saved in the correct folders.
• Ensuring customer services queries for selected clients are handled.
• Assisting with project closures for historical projects as well as every project completed by the project coordinator

Skills

• 2 - 3 Years experience ideally from the mining manufacturing sectors
• Computer literate
• Customer service
