Job Description

Our client is looking for a firm, friendly and patient Debtors administrator to join their team in Johannesburg.

Duties include –

• Lease schedules –typing, debtors, call for money, collections of payments, intake in January/February.
• Pre-billing – monthly
• Check that student accounts are in order
• Must know who to deal with students and difficult parents

Skills

• 2 -3 years exp in student accommodation - non-negotiable
• MDA
• MS Excel
