Our client is in the Plastics manufacturing industry.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing all staff in warehouse, dispatch, logistics and receiving departments .
• Daily shifts, monitoring for HR standards and contract fulfilment or necessary disciplinary action.
• Oversee daily functions to ensure planning and relevant department KPI activities are completed.
• Managing stock cycle counts, monthly counts and the resulting stock variances across all warehouses and regions and liaise with Branch managers on control implementation
• Implementing, Reporting and monitoring of the Bills of Materials and associated processes
• Overall purchases and cost controls in all departments and warehouses.
• Monitoring, controlling and optimizing, raw materials, packaging and other related materials.
• Maintaining an efficient, neat warehouse in line with ISO and Quality protocols.
• Training and developing necessary staff.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Warehouse and Logistics Management

Skills

• 5 to 10years’ experience in  manufacturing
• Any dispatch / inventory software
