Job Description

• Promote and secure the sales of VRF and DX HVAC systems in South Africa and throughout Africa
• Service diverse customers representing all facets of industry, contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
• Create new customer business, while maintaining and building the company’s existing customer relationships
• Travel in a defined geographic area, this includes quoting and strategizing, prospecting, and developing relationships
• Negotiation and sale of:
  • Variable Refrigerant systems (Core Responsibilities), Midwall Splits, Ducted Units, Cassettes units, Under ceiling units, Rooftop Package units, other HVAC products
• Product and technical knowledge of the above are a must including:
  • Refrigeration Cycle
  • Psychometric Charts
  • Fan Curves
  • Air distribution and related duct outlay
  • Controls

Qualifications

• Basic Refrigeration and Air conditioning course
• Engineering or Technical Degree (preferred)
• Sales Courses

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing of VRF and DX Equipment
• Proven sales track record
• The ability to discuss technical concepts
• Experience in mechanical and related controls systems
