Job Description

Reporting to the QA Manager. You will be responsible for:

  • People Management
  • Administration and Reporting
  • Adherence to Food Safety and Quality Management System
Qualifications
  • NQF Level 6 or National Diploma in Management Science (Food and Nutritional Science, Food Technology).
   
Skills
  • At least 5 years’ experience of overseeing Production & Process to include canning exp.
  • Experience working in the Factory/Warehouse environment
  • FSSC 22000 training
  • HACCP
Salary / Package

R20,000 to R25,000 Basic pm
