SUMMARY:
Steytlerville EC: Our client requires a couple on their game farm with one partner having strong blockman/butchery experience and the other exceptional lodge /hospitality experience to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Please note this is a couple’s position with strict criteria

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Partner 1: - Butchery Blockman

Proven butchery blockman experience
Pays attention to detail and has meticulous work
Creative and ability to work independently and within a team
Maintenance orientated advantageous
Any previous hunting experience advantageous

Partner 2: Lodge & Hospitality Manager

Tertiary qualification in hospitality/tourism/lodge management
Min of 2 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management role
Strong administrative background
Understanding of basic labour law and HR
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about the hospitality industry and people
Computer literate
