BILLING ADMINISTRATOR
NORTHERN SUBURBS (CAPE TOWN)
SALARY R25 000 ctc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
Property industry experience (Essential)
MDA System Experience (Advantageous)
3-5 years’ experience in a similar position, of which 2 years must have been in a supervisor position
Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP’s, SUMIF, Pivots)
Full tenant billing function
Allocation of Tenant Payments
Tenant deposit reconciliations
