SUMMARY:
The Bids Administrator will report to the BIDS Manager. The primary responsibility of the Bids Admin
POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure all compliance documentation and certificates are up to date and available.
• Completion of the adhoc forms, vendor applications, temporary quotations
• Updating of client databases
• Updating of Teamwork and Pipe drive (sales and tasking programs)
• Assisting the Bids team with the compilation of bids and tender documents
• Optimize the full administrative function of the BIDS Department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• 3-5 years of direct operational experience in the security and cleaning industry
• 3-5 years administration experience
• Aptitude for numbers and working with costings
• Driver’s license would be an advantage
