POSITION INFO:

Africa’s largest privately owned investment management company with a focus on generating long-term wealth for investors has an exciting opportunity for a leader oriented BI Technical Lead. 

The ideal candidate will be required to lead a team of developers, carry out all aspects of people management, ensure the correct technical skills are in place in the domain to meet business needs and above all be responsible for assigning workers to the developers. 

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 8 years professional development experience (ability to perform at a senior developer role)
• Experience with managing a development team and driving team delivery
• SQL Expertise
• T-SQL Expertise
• Expertise in Data Integration
• Expertise in Data Validation
• Expertise in Data Reconciliation
• Expertise in Data Manipulation
• SSRS Expertise
• SSIS Expertise
• Expertise in Power BI
• Expertise in creating and maintaining cubes (SSAS)
• AWS Cloud implementation (Advantageous)
• PostgreSQL (Advantageous)
