SUMMARY:
Are you a data-driven innovator with a passion for business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning? We’re looking for a Data Science Lead to drive strategic initiatives, build models from scratch, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

POSITION INFO:
Data Scientist - BI - AI Machine Learning

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement cutting-edge business intelligence models to drive decision-making.
Use Python and machine learning to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.
Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights.
Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
Present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way for senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics.
Strong Python skills, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and data visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
Proven ability to build and scale data functions from the ground up.
Strong leadership skills or a desire to build and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in credit risk modeling, financial analytics, or alternative credit scoring.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
A/B testing and experimentation framework experience.
