BI Analyst – Contact Centre

SUMMARY:
To ensure that data quality and integrity are maintained between the collections platform and all integrated systems.

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a detailed orientated candidate to develop and implement SQL reporting solutions that will enhance collections processes to meet client SLA expectations. You will be required to provide business analytics to enhance collections strategies as well as test and provide feedback on the existing strategies. 

Qualification, Experience and Skills   

• Tertiary qualification preferred 
• Microsoft SQL Qualified
• Supervisory Skills Certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Collections company
• Approx. 5 years of database administration experience
• Excellent Knowledge of (SQL Server, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
• Excellent knowledge of systems backend functionality – SQL Server databases (Excalibur)
• Microsoft Excel 2010 Essentials
• Microsoft Excel 2010 Macros Basics
• Microsoft Excel 2010 Data Analysis
• Microsoft Excel 2010 Advanced Formula’s
• Fair knowledge of the NCR (Debt Review)
• Fair knowledge of general business processes within the collections industry
• Understanding of collections benchmarking and industry best practices

• Analysing and reporting on historic performance
• Trend analysis and recommendations
• Reviewing all system requirements in comparison to new business setup
• Mapping Specifications for strategy
• Implementing a Data Validation Plan and testing
• Assessing and follow up of Post take on of new Clients
• Analysing business data integrity in comparison with the client’s systems
• Proposing strategies and action plans to ensure continuous clean-up of data
• Extracting of management Reports, Exception Reports for investigation
• Conducting System updates and maintenance
• Converting data to information and utilize same to present meaningful reporting
• Implementing and creating dialler strategies in keeping with the industry best practices
• Creation of advanced SQL reporting and dashboards
• Optimization of existing SQL reporting
