Qualifications
Bcom Accounting (HON) (Preferably studying part time towards CA qualification)
Technical Skills
Utilize Accounting Programs
MS Office Suite - Advanced( Excell; Power Point; Teams)
Excel: Pivot Tables / Advanced Formulas
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Inter personal skills
Financial analysis, Risk analysis, Business valuations, Reviewing of business related contracts
The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of approximately 4 persons and be expected to ensure the team performs in terms of meeting certain targets, as well as ensure internal processes are implemented, followed and proper records kept. The core focus of the team to be managed will be to canvass niche businesses and
properties to determine whether same are for sale and if so collate the necessary due diligence information. The candidate will analize the due diligence information and, in the main, provide a detailed financial analysis, risk and valuation report.
