POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree or similar
• Min of 5 years fruit farming experience
• Previous experience farming with strawberry’s, berries, and kiwi fruit advantageous
• HR related experience
• Strong administrative and training skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the following advantageous:

• Occupation and health and safety regulations
• Crop production, packing and quality control
• Productivity improvement through fixed and human capital
• Oversee marketing and distribution
• Oversee finance and administration
• Budgeting and expense control
• Site Maintenance
• Industrial relations
