A leading transformation services company seeks to employ an experienced and innovative BEE Senior Advisor to join their team based in Johannesburg East.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide expert B-BBEE advisory services to clients and ensuring that the B-BBEE compliance is aligned to business objectives.

Duties will include, but not limited to BEE consulting, new business and marketing, client maintenance and relationship building, proposals of advisory and learnerships, BEE strategy planning and verification management, to name but a few.

The successful incumbent will be someone who posess a good technical knowledge of B-BBEE codes of good practice, someone who is customer service driven and who doesn''t mind going the extra mile.

Education:

Relevant tertiary qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years'' experience in BEE Consulting as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes and managing dashboards

2 to 3 years'' experience in formulating BEE strategies and policies

Sector Codes experience will be an added advantage

Strong understanding of B-BBE calculators is essential

Good communication skills (writtena dn verbal)

Strong computer literacy

Good report writing skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
