A leading transformation services company seeks to employ an experienced and innovative BEE Analyst to join their team based in Bellville.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide B-BBEE advisory services to clients and ensuring that the B-BBEE compliance is aligned to business objectives.
Duties will include, but not limited to BEE administration, verification management and liaising with verification agencies and clients, to name but a few.
The successful incumbent will be someone who posess a good technical knowledge of B-BBEE codes of good practice, someone who is customer service driven and who doesn''t mind going the extra mile.
Education:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
3 to 5 years'' experience in B-BBEE verification
Sector Codes experience will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of B-BBE calculators is essential
Good communication skills (writtena dn verbal)
Strong computer literacy
Good report writing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
