The attorney position is for a candidate with experience and knowledge of banking litigation matters and the different products offered by the banks. The ideal candidate must have experience and will be tested on drafting a particulars of claim and a liquidation application for business and retail-related banking products.
The candidate must also know when Rule 46A applies to foreclosure matters and have experience in drafting and prosecuting such matters.
The candidate must be fluent in English and an impressionable individual who can be marketed to important clients within the Corporate, Business and Retail Banking environment.
